... means also barbecue time. We use to have barbecue twice a week, if possible. We meet in parks or at the beach in Hamburg City and always have a great time with drinking and eating an enjoying other people and the sun. Somehow it's really a huge culture in my hometown and in Hamburg.

Because we do this so often, we have a special barbecue grill which is
very easy to carry with you. For example this grill on the picture (it's
mine). It's from Globetrotter, a very famous and big company which is a
specialist for outdoor equipment. This barbecue grill is very small and
has a diameter of about 15 cm when it is fold. So very easy to carry in
your rucksack. And you can be very spontanous. And above all, we can
have barbecue until 23:00 in the night because during summertime in
Germany we have very long days and it's getting dark around 23:00 to
24:00. Very nice! So it is easy to have a barbecue just after working
time...

I am looking for tomorrow for my first Japanese barbecue and I am
curiuos about what we will eat ;)
